the Cole family to enhance and compliment the sweet flavor of
mesquite. These ribs are so tender they are practically fallen off
the bone so you will want to eat them Texas style. ( in your hands
with sauce all over your face with lots of napkins )

1 whole slab cut in half for packaging. Approximately 3 lbs
(which will feed 4 hungry people ) includes 1 pt of Cole's BARBQ
